  • Property is not your first home purchase in Australia and/OR,

  • Property is your investment property  and/OR,

  • Property is over $750,000 and/OR.

Note: If you meet all of the First Home Buyer eligibility requirements but because you have purchased an *existing home you remain eligible to receive the concession to reduce your stamp duty, however you will not be eligible for the $10,000 Grant.
